Nokia E 71
No Free of cost repairing

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I purchased a Nokia E 71 (IMEI No. 351940034543902) on 05/09 for Rs. 16, 800.00

On 17 th July I noticed that I am unable to unlock my mobile.

I visited,

Authorised Nokia Service Centre,

Leela Mansion,

UGF Behind Leela Cinema,

Nawal Kishore Road,

Hazratganj,

Lucknow,

Uttar Pradesh,

India

Sir, after checking service center people informed me that the keypad is damaged due to liquid.

I was surprised as I did not drop the mobile in any kind of liquid.

When I said this thing to service centre people they said this liquid is your sweat. The keypad has been damaged due to sweat. I said OK repair it.

They said you will have to pay approx Rs.3000.00 to Rs.3250.00

I said my mobile is under guarantee period.

On this they said this thing does not come under guarantee. So, you will have to pay for that.

I did not agree for that & took back my mobile.

Sir, now my request is this as Nokia is very-very reputed name in the field of mobile that is why I always purchase Nokia only.

I had to use Internet on mobile that's why I was advised by my friends to buy only Nokia E 71

I am really surprised to think that how come my sweat reach inside the mobile through keypad as I was told by service centre people.

Sir, may I request you to kindly look into this matter at your best & get my mobile repaired without any charges.

I have full trust & faith in NOKIA & I personally strongly feel that this kind of problem should come under guarantee period.

A costumer who is spending Rs.16, 800.00 with full faith, I feel, should not be deprive of free of cost repairing atleast for one year.

Hope 'NOKIA' wil love to have my full faith & trust in future too.
