I am having nokia E-71.within a year its keypad stopped working properly, then i went to the nokia care centre twice and nothing happend..further they submitted my cell for 10-15 days.i got the cell with keypad fine, then on same day i found my microphone not working, again i went nokia care, and they submitted my cell for next 10-15 days... finally i got back cell with microphone fine, on same day third problem arouse of low charging effeciency..i dont know how many times i need to go same place bloody for same set.i am getting harassed by nokie..i want my set to be replaced.i have extended warranty by paying Rs.1414..or else i will move to the court, being a middle class family student i cannot go again and again for same thing.one problem sets off and another arises... if nokia didnt care then i will take some action
