Since the first week of my Nokia e 71 hand set give me regular tention because of hanging of menu button. It becomes my regular practice to go to Nokia service centers. one time to Durga communication, kingsway camp and three times Ace Communication, 151-Kapil Vihar, Delhi. I visited Ace communication on 01/11/10 and 30/11/10 and 04/11/10 and 07/11/10. They booked my hand set for complaint and their job sheet No. 1434335271011310/10 dt. 30/11/10 and I collect my set on 04/12/10 but with in 1/2 hour it bacame hang again and they again took my hand set on same old job sheet. cutting is clearly visible on this job sheet. After assuring me MR. Amit I again collect this set on 07/12/10 but the problem remain unsolve and it becomes hang again. I am not able to tolrate their harrasment now Because of this I have to vaste my precious time and I loose my daily earnings. I request that either you replace my hand set or now onward I will go to consumer court.
