Nokia E71
Unsatisfactory service

Sir,

I gave my mobile nokia e71 for repair to nokia care center "SHREEJEE ENTERPRISES" at B-7 RDC Raj Nagar Ghaziabad on 2/4 at 11:29 am. My service job sheet number is "184433527/110402/10". The problem was bad camera image. They promised to repair it within 3 days but when I went to them they returned my phone without repairing it and when i showed them that the problem was still there then they asked me to leave the phone for one week as they told me that the phone will be sent to nokia company and will be repaired there. When I approached them on 12/4 the problem was still there and they asked for time of one week and again said that the phone will be sent to nokia company as they did not sent this week. They are not listening to my complaint.

I hope you will take interest in my problem. Sir, kindly take some urgent action against them.
