Mic proble

Iam Mr P.Vikram irecently i purchased Nokia E72 from Mobilestores, kakinada, no 352724047545529, invoice no 342/649168, on 01.09. but i got the mic problem with the mobile from 10.09. i went to mobilrstores and enquired he said it is network problem not with the handset. Aftrer threedays agian i went ot mobile stores and practically shown to the guy of the shop then he said that there is a minar problem with handset and advised me to go to nokia service center. Then i went to there he said it has the major problem it will take minimum of 10 days. I asked for the replacement of the handset but he (Mr. Valli - nokia service center) said it is not possible we will send this mobile to company. Thats all no replacement of handset.

I requesting you to Please do the needful and replace my handset with new one
