Handset is not workign properly (Keyboard)

Hi,

My handset was not working properly, specifc with Bluetooth and hanging handset during calls. To ractify this problem I have handed over my handset to Nokia carecenter, they give me handset after 15 days and during that time keypad is not working properly, so again given back to Nokia Carecenter they took another 20 days to repair it. After working 15-20 day it again giving same problme, and submitted once again in same Nokia Center. I am getting after 2 month in March with faulty keyboard and refuse to correct it saying "WE ARE NOT ABLE TO CORRECT IT".

Please advice what to do with this case.
