Purchased a Nokia Mobile E- 72 from the Ambience mall nokia outlet in Feb 10. I thereafter activated 3G connection, obtained the GPRS settings and enabled the push mail facility that Nokia was offering. However after using the service for abt two months the mail updating stopped, while I was able to access the Internet. I took the telephone to the Nokia Care in Delhi, they formatted the phone - however after reenabling it did not work. I therafter took it to the place where I bought it, they kept the phone for two days and told me to collect it saying that the issue is resolved. The issue was not resolved and push mail was not happeneing. I am now writing this complaint as I have again in early Jul Taken the phone to another Nokia Care where the result was the same. Therafter I started giving the complaint on the net to the Nokia website - Inspite of atleast 20 mails from Nokia and me it and calls to the Nokia call centre - I am disturbed to note that there has been no movement forward with the complaint other than prompt automated responses. This being the status of aHigh end phone by Nokia- definitely not acceptable. The phone is now just a basic phone as I am not storing anything in it because the first thing that any Nokia Cus Care does is to format the phone resulting in loss of data. Kindly ADVISE.
