Keypad is coming out of the facia

I have purchased E72 the day it was launched in india. (4th december)

but within few months, the keypad has started to come out of the facia.

Subsequently i have visited the nokia care centre at mudhyali (south kolkata)

to my shock, they simply put a cello tape around the keypad and handed over the same to me.

After spending rs 20000/- for this phone. This is a kind of service i a have got from nokia
