Nokia E72
Display screen problem

Hello,

i am using nokia handset - nokia E72 in which i am having the display problem.my dispaly starts fluctuating and lights go on and off. i complained it to nearest nokia care centre where i was not served well. the executive took my mobile and said that it is a physical damage, which is not true.

he gave the mobile back after closing it, and from then my keypad is not working properly.

i complained about it but he refused to help me and denied that he has done it...!!!

i asked for his senior manager's contact no. but he said he dont know...!!!

i cant understand what kind of service is this...!!!

i want the solution to my problem as soon as possible.
