Nokia E72
Handset getting switched off

We have purchased a nokia E72 in november. It is still within the garantee period. Past two months yhe handset is getting switched off even with full charge. All the other functions of the phone are proper when the handset is on. The phone has neither been dropped on surface nor in water... still when I took the handset ti nearest nokia service center they said there is moisture in the set... so the lcd has to be replaced with a charge of 2500/- though it is within the guarantee period. Please suggest me what to do next as the cause they have put forward sounds very vague.
