And new Nokia e72..unable to load email setup (which is the only feature make it superior)..customer care always responded with the same answer "your case is escalated to our upper department, you have to wait two more days" the same quotation m getting for last two weeks. customer care people are really dumbos, they act like computer programmes..do not know a single "A" of anything. Whole nokia staff should be sacked like his CEO yesterday. Bloody idiots.
