Nokia express music 5220
Handset problem

On 27 oct 08 i have purchased one nokia express music 5220 handset.just after six month i have gone through the software problem which is being adressed by the nokia care where the mention me the problem as some default in the software which could be solved & wont occur again . then after i got the same problem just after three month of first repair & still date the problem consist

while asking then about the problem they say the warranty period is over now we cant help u, more over asking about the product they replied me as the product had some technical problem due to which company has stop its sale.now the problem will occur consistently.

now i feel cheated from nokia as i trusted the most popular brand in mobile . i had hope in our judiciary that i will get proper justice.
