Have given the cell for repairing but when got it back my 4GB memory card is stolen from cell

Hi,

I had gone to Nokia care centre of Mumbai Dadar Hindumata office on 30/05 with a problem of broken battery connector. They told me it will cost me 350/- and gave me battery back side cover, battery and sim card to me but we both forgot to remove 4GB Memory card.

On 03/06 my nephew went to collect it bt they charged him 450/- instead 350/- without any reason and when he came home we found 4GB memory card is missing from the cell and also the speaker of the cell was not working. On 04/06 i went with my nephew and met Manager Mr. Sanjay and explained the problem to him. He immediately returned 100/- Rs to me saying he didnt aware his staff first told me 350/- I told Mr. Sanjay about Speaker problem first he denied any wrong from their end, but after 10 min fixed the problem and gave me the cell.

I asked him for my 4GB memory card, he denied it completely and was unable to give me any satisfactory reply. I told him as a Nokia customer we come to Nokia care, with utmost trust and handover the cell only on the blind trust that it will be taken care off and do not expect any one to remove the things from inside the cell.

I feel cheated and wants to take strict action against the staff involved in this kind of activity as it brings bad name to the reputation of Nokia.
