Ad quality of headset

I am using the nokkia x6 mobile for that i have bought a new head set having the warrenty of 6months and for every 2months it is getting repaired. when ever i go the nokia service centre for the replacement of the head set they are not responding correctly and the head phones which they are replacing are getting repaired very soon. When they are changing and giving a new head phones why they are getting repaired so quickly in 2mmonths. When am asing this to them they are not responnding correctly.so i need the solution for this.
