Poor after sales service and warranty dispute

I want to have the attention of everyone on the poor services provided by the mobile companies and the mobile retailers.i have bought a NOKIA 5610-d from HOT- SPOT (Jaipur) on date 25-2 the mobile retailer chain selling all brands of mobile.the IMEI no. is 358652018361952 and i am holding a valid bill for the same.recently i had some problem with my mobile handset and to avail my warranty service i went to NOKIA service support (Begumpet) i was declined of it on the context that my warranty have expired 8months before though i produced a valid bill i was not rendered any support.

i don't understand were the problem is either with NOKIA or HOT-SPOT but i am the one who is in the shear loss. i want the concerned authorities or personals to help me and do justice to me.
