I have submitted my device at Nokia Care Center, Kota (Rajasthan) on 20/07 and today (03/08) I have received a call asking for more time at-least 7 days because some part required is not available. Its already more than 10 days. I need an immediate action on this & I want my phone replaced immediately not repaired. I tried customer care & they asked so much questions like you made a mistake calling them.

Somebody please help me to get rid of the Nokia.
