Not at all satisfied by the servise . n no action taken on my complain

Sir i have made a complain on nokia india pvt ltd dated on 06/04 on nokia care line.

they have given me the complain number which is 1.11597794368.

it has been already passed 21 days but still no action has been taken by them.

nor they reply me what they are doing on my complain by phone or by any other way.

always i have to call them twice a day for around 22 times i haved called but they have called me only once while i was driving my car i told that please call me after 20 min right now i am driving n unable to talk to u now n he said o.k .n after that not a single call from them.

what should i do now?

please help me now how many days still i have to wait for my solution .???
