Nokia Lumia 710
INTERNET CONNECTIVITY WITH PC

I brought one Nokia Lumia 710 from Delhi in Rs. 15000/- one month back, but its came into my notice that the mobile set is not connecting with the PC for internet. Hence I approached to Nokia Care at Bellary and deposited my mobile set for repair on 5/6. I got the job sheet written my set EMEI No. 359300042665001 with the assurance that I will get the phone after 15 days. But inspite of approaching several time to Nokia Care at Bellary. the phone is neither repaired or replaced or not even given me back. What's the use for purchasing such a phone in Rs. 15000/- giving no any service but only harrasshment.
