Nokia Lumia 710
Regarding my mobile

Hello,

This is to inform you that I had purchased Nokia Lumia 710 on dated 01-01 but from that particular day it’s not working properly it has a call end problem; like if I had made like 10 calls out of that 4-5 will have this problem.

PROBLEM 1 (when I press call end the call will end but the time will still continue and then it will hang the phone and will restart)

PROBLEM 2 (never show full signals)

so for that I went to nokia care 4-5 times but the problem remains the same

EVEN FROM 18th January the phone is with nokia care only.

So it is my request to kindly look into this matter.
