I Asha Sharma resident of C-3 Sainik School Campus, Kapurthala. My mobile No is 9464339879 . I have purchased Nokia Mobile No 5233 three months back. It is dead now. I contacted Nokia Care Centre at Kapurthala (Opp Bus Stand) as well as Jalandhar near BMC Chowk. Kapurthala Nokia centre demanded Rs.850/- for its repair even it is within warranty period. I deposited my mobile with Kapurthala Nokia Centre. After four days they refused to repair and given me back asking to report at Jalandhar Nokia Centre. They I contacted Jalandhar Nokia Centre on 09 March they have given me the repair estimate amount Rs.1000/- After 10 days when I enquired from them they demanded Rs.2500/-. Then they refused to repair it with a Zig Zag manners. Sir What I should do no where I should go now. The individuals of Nokia Care Centre are spoiling your name and fame. Sir please reply me soon as I am very depressed as Iost my huge amount to purchase the Nokia Mobile or otherwise.
