Touch screen is not working

Dear sir

This is with reference to my complaint made to your consumer care center wide slip no.184433527/110827/80 dated 27-08 having problem in touch screen, which was not rectified. At first instance he was told that we will give the delivery with in next two days, which was extended further for three days, & even today they have not delivered my handset. Again they are buying time for another one week.

One more thing we want to share you that at this center they will not entertain customer seriously also they will not mention the delivery date, In my case I had done forcely the delivery date after the wait of 35 minutes, they simply said we can not mention the date & In 99% cases they will not give delivery date.

Also we have the same problem earlier, which was not corrected up to our satisfaction

Sir keeping in mind the problem arise again & again, we are requesting yourself to replace my handset to new one on immediate basis.

Hope you will do the same immediately otherwise my self will be forced to move in consumer court.
