Malfunctioning

Dear sir,

i have given my mobile to nokia care ranchi .it's problem was that.the tracking key was not working

they have given me 1 week's time .but they failed, they called me next week.when i received.my

handset was not in proper condition and in that mobile sim was not working.i complaint it in their

office, they said that they will swap my mobile and will give me a new handset.they have given me new

handset but it's camera is not working... They are only killing my time..by saying that they will make it.

sir, what should i do.

give me some idea. for this i will be very grateful to you.
