Mobile not working

Sir I m give the mobile nokia care center in Alambagh Lucknow. When the Mobile is give in the nokia care the mobile is properly on/off. But facing the problem like battery connector disbalance, reboot restart. so give the nokia care in 2 feb. but when the return my phone for reason the mobile is not proper work and the estimate cost is very high so i take the mobile in the nokia care when see the mobile the one batter battery connector is not my phone and the phone is not on / off . so please give me regarding this mobile my acceptance value.
