Model no x201 display delecate&faulty

I have purchased mobile nokia model no x201 on 12/09 from nokia agent Arihant collection vide bill dated 12/09 nokiax201 silver imei358615044328188 for rs 3500 .this model display that much delicate & faulty while boarding in local train display is failed on09/11 very next day i contacted nokia care centre at borivali shop no 8, Ramrshwar tower, shimpoli road, they did not offer free repair or replacment, they charged rs 754 for display & chages 344 total rs 1098 vide their bill no 2032, with assurance to no charges will be levid infuture for any fault, but again display has been become light on 04/01, nokia care again refused to repair at free of cost.if product of nokia is of such quality & with poor service no repair & replacement gurantee then in future no will prefer your product x201 so to increase your nokia s name please replace product free of cost.
