I had purchased Nokia 500 Model, Serial No: 352417050075985, was purchased on 14 April.

this set not working porperlly, gets hang & restart self while working on internet or application.

i want to be new exchange handeset no repair & else.

i was post this complaint on Nokia site also before 3 days from today but still not get any response.
