NOT WORKING WITHIN 2 DAYS OF PURCHASING

Dear sir, Im jyotsna, doctor by profession, bought nokia E-71 mobile from telepathy, cannaught place. It stopped working within 2days of purchasing as it was not selecting network. Due to excessive engagement i went on 4th day. Now he is telling that if i would have gone within 24 hrs he would have replaced it. Now ihave given it to nokia care gole market n.delhi. Everyday they r extending its delivery date. I m facing lot of difficulty in my work as my earlier mobile also stopworkped ing within warranty period & it is also in nokia care.
