I had purchased a X6 model Nokia mobile handset bearing IMEI no. 354855040532771 on 28/12 from Tinsukia. Recently the lock key switch got detached on its own and the sound system is also not working properly. It has been mentioned in the cash memo that the mobile device comes with a 12months warranty. So I had approached the Nokia care centre in Tinsukia regarding the problem but they disclosed that the lock key switch does not fall under the warranty of the mobile device and hence the case has to be replaced at my own cost.

I would be highly grateful if you kindly look into the matter and take needful action at the earliest. Hoping you will look into the matter and send an acknowledgement on my email id.
