Nokia mobile model 2730c
Hand set becoming hot

I have bought a new mobile set model no. 2730c, from your dealer, Skylab Electronics, Purba Midnapore - 721602 on August 12.

Since yesterday, morning the above mentioned hand set was becoming hot during non-operative mode and even during switch-off mode also.

I have asked your dealer, but they denied to check the same and advise me to go into the nokia care centre, named RISUTELL, Purba Midnapore 721 602, NCC no. 783_504886.

The service centre received my hand set, which job sheet no. is 783504886/100819/16 dated August 19.

You are requested to replace the handset and return to the said nokia centre with immediate effect.
