Mobile malfunctioning

I have purchased the handset Nokia 5600 Xpress music (IMEI NO 358247035567216) on 29th nov.

From the date of purchase the memory card refuses to store messages at random, battery life is not up to mark. The volume of speaker phone also deminished.

Phone is unable to get network signals again after passing by some weak nework area, so have to select operator manually.

After contacting the Nokia customer care at Guwahati, Ajmer and chennai the service person has just upgraded the software every time which doesnt solves the problem but my handset started hanging randomly showing there careless behavioura and how they are serving customer. Further they doesnt give us any hard copy of Jobsheet for further query.

After spending a lot (INR 13626) no one like to go cust care office again and again still with no results in hand. consider the complain on urgent basis.
