Nokia mobile phone 3110c
Worthless service from NOKIA CARE CENTRE

I have NOKIA mobile phone 3110c IMEI NO 355535010307763 out of warranty. Problem with my phone is that its battery is not charging but battery charging indicator shows charging. I deposited my set at NOKIA CARE Centre (NCC) Utkarsh Technologies Aligarh on dated 16-5-12.It phoned me to take delivery of set on 21-5-12. It handed over my set saying its OK.But to my dismay Ifound that mini usb port cover &side of cabinet was broken. Set was also not ok; problem was same. Next I reported them about it. They said that the set will be sent to company for repairs & same will be delivered after 15 days. Job sheet number 240433527/120522/13 dated 22-5-12.After 15 days when I went to take delivery. to my dismay I found that they have done nothing &set was same like that before. Now they are saying that the set was like that only with broken cabinet. My phone is still not ok. Please help.
