Nokia mobile phone 3110c
Poor software

Hi,

I had purchased a Nokia phone 3110c couple of years back which now realized me that I really made a mistake buying it, reason been that whenever I surf internet through this phone it gets broken down due to bad software support. Firstly it was repaired after 4 months since it was purchased at your service centre located at Lajpat Nagar New Delhi, under the warranty period then it had the same problem and got repaired right after 2 months at the same place at my expenses, now this is the third time that same thing has occured in it and needs to be repaired once again.

so, now I want you to do something about it because this time I'm not gonna pay you anythig to either get it repaired or replace it since it's an inbuilt software problem, therefore I urge you to fix it as soon as possible...
