Improper service of Nokia care

Dear Sir

I had Nokia Mobile Hand set which was giving restart problem so I had given it for repair in Nokia care of Bharuch but after one and half month they had given me reply that my hand set could not be repaired and handed over to me in DEAD CONDITION. I told to made it as it was which were only restart problem but no response
