Cheating in Guarantee

Dear sir,

I have purchased a Nokia Mobile set (Model No. 5220/Product Code-CM-3120) vide Invoice No. 165-42830 from Infiniti Retail Ltd. (CROMA), (Pacific Mall) Ghaziabad on 21/06. As per invoice the guarantee of set is upto one year (i.e. upto 20/06) from the purchase and two years extended warranty (vide extended warranty code WE - 2079) and charged approx. Rs. 500.00 for extended warranty.

Today i feel some problem in my set and contacted to Authorised Nokia Service Centre (M/s MAA Communication) for repairing. After completion of formalities, they informed that your guarantee period will be expired in the Feb.2010 and their is no extended warranty.
