Failure of touchpad

Sir,

I bought a nokia C6 mobile phone on 3/6.but it has lost its functioning of touch pad in the month of october, which is very early! the IMEI NUMBER is= 356994049016755.when given in nokia care, we were told that there will be some parts that have to be from the head office.we want to know the reasons for the malfunctioning of the phone.also we want to know if the modal is a failur one.if so we need the right compensation for it!
