Not getting my headset on time

With the respect i want to tell that i had given my Headset to Nokia Care Center (Sheetla Wll Service

opp Sec 14 Old Delhi road Gurgaon, Haryana) on 31th August but on 10th sept they called me up for giving back my headset but keypad of my headset was broken and their was lot of scratches on it. So they told me that youe will get new headset in 4days but till date i haven't got any response from their its about 20days i haven't got my headset ..so i request you that please help me regarding this problem as earlier as possible...
