I had purchased nokia 2760 on 03-04-09 withinsix months the set had software problem theset gets switch off frequently i had given the set to your service centre NOKIA CARE at bhubaneswar (orissa) on27-11-09 i had visited twice your service centre but till date the set is not repaired and nothing positive

has been heard from them please look in to this EXPECT better standard of cusomer care from NOKIA
