MEMORY PROBLEM & ON OFF SWITCH NOT WORKING

I have purchased above mobile on21 st Dec from M/s Nokia Mahapradn Nashik Road.

As there was memory problem iI kept hand set with NOKIA CARE NSK RD for 3 days 16 -04 to 19-04'

Again ther was problem in sending messages & MAINLY ON OFF SWITCH OUT OF SERVICE from 25-04

I handed over set to Nokia Care on 26 -04. & not yet repaired,

I am using 2 mobiles of Samson from last 5 years there were not such serious problems, I think there is

problem in hand set.

Pl replace the hand as i have depend on another set,

waitin for reply
