My phone creates problem

I complain my phone and replace my batrrey in aug month when we use this change batry it create heatup problem and next day i complain on that nokia care they told me that sir battry is new nd so we dnt replace nd i say again so they told me that u drop ur cntact no nd i will inform by phone when new battrey came and they never cal til 6oct i went to nokia they talk so rude nd they waste my one n half nd i hate nokia company nd nvr purchase ur phone in future samsung is better than u ..nokia care inffront of habibganj station bhopal contact no .07552426363 and my mobile ime-352000048392041 ok and i purchase mobile from vidisha shop name m/s hello shopee nd add. Veer haqeekat rai marg, kiri mohalla, vidisha (m.p) bill no. 689 and purchase date 12/06/10 and i dnt rem my job sheet ok b'coz they take jobsht.

My major concern is that my battrey heatup nd nt gvng battrey backup problem and hanging problem and in some day charger also dead i thnk ur phn is nt gud so change my headset its my request Regard's
