Nokia/N -2680 slide
Phone not working though in warranty period

Dear Sir/Madam,

I bought Nokia 2680 slide on 24th May N-2680 (IMEI 356390027030118)(BAT No. 3932138394320122135-0670577), problem with my phone is that the key button no. 9 has come out of the key pad also outgoing voice had stopped in the mobile, so i had taken it to repair at Nokia Care, M P Nagar, Bhopal since it is still in warranty period, there the gentleman who opened the set while opening the set broke its body, when i asked him he said when you open it damage will happen only, what can we do, my request to you is please get my handset in working position either by replacing it or by getting it repaired, will be grateful….
