Dear, Sir/Madam, My name is Ashish Gupta From Hardoi U.p. I had given a nokia n72 Mobile handset to repair in Hi-grade comuters hardoi {local nokia service centre} on 09/11/09 but till today on 26/12/09 i could not recieve my nokia n72 or any other handset instead of. When i go to hi-grade computers they says that even they did not found my handset from nokia care.

Sir kindly suggest me what to do.
