I have deposited my mobile nokia n73 at nokia care kankarbag patna on 23 .06.2010.my mob. set has following complains.1.switch off automatically 2.switch on only when battery is removed and then inserted .3.3.2mp camera takes very long time to open.4.other features takes long time to open.when i took the delivery of my set the problem as mentioned above is not solved.they have charged me 390 rs for software upgradation.but my camera is not working.when i enquired abt this they have told that it will cost another 600 rs because the work will be done on board.the care centre is owned by mr kunal.it appears that the care centre is money friendly not consumer friendly.this is giving a very bad name to nokia.kindly look into the matter personally.i hope that u will look into my problem also. i am abhishek sahay contact no 9334533660 patna. my mail address is abhisheknsg@gmail.com.
