Nokia N73
Complaint against Nokia care

HI,

I gave my Nokia N73 (NON warranty) a working mobile for software re- nstallation in the above said Nokia care on Oct 29th.

Till now i have not got my mobile back in working condition.

The owner says we tried but the phone is dead now so take back ur dead phone and we are not responsible for the dead phone and they say pay 6000/- and we will get it readied.

I am asking is i dont want my mobile phone getting readied but get me back my phone in the condition which i gave but these people are not willing not give it back in working condition also.

So please i am lodging a complaint on Nokia care and the propreitor Sandesh Kumar.

Pls do help me out in this
