JOYSTICK NOT WORKING AFTER REPEATED REPAIRS WITHIN WARRANTY, NOW WARRANT LAPSED

I purchased a nokia n73 on 14-11-08 imei no-353548027585109.

its joystick stopped working in d month of september.

it was repaired by nokia care in 15 days.

but again it was out of order in november and on 10th nov it was again deposited wid nokia care...

it was again repaired

now d warrant is lapsed but the same problem has again started.

why shud i pay for d same problem dat wasnt repaired by dem durin d warranty period?

it seems dat i am being cheated by d company...
