No proper service during the warranty period

I Ashokkumar R, Senior executive in a reputed telecom company,
bought a new N73 M mobile phone from
Teloni Cells (Nokia priority), 147, Dhana complex, Mettur Roadm Erode, Erode district, Tamilnadu, India. Phone number 98427-05101, 98427-06101, 0424-2260870.
Within a time span of two months time i have problems with hanging of my cell phone, i went to the store they
kept the piece with them and returned after two days that there was some software error and it had been rectified.
Then after one month time again i went there for keypad problem. They repaired and return it to me in one day time.
Again the same problem continued for two more times. They done the same thing.
When i got the same problem and also my warranty time is approaching in one and half months time i insisted to rectify the problem but they are not taking care. Even the nokia care guy simply says that is has been water logged.
The particular key pad and its accessories have been replaced by an another key pad and accessories. But again in one day time the cell phone becomes very hot and i am unable to touch the phone when i asked them to rectify the problem they are simply avoiding me by telling that there is no warranty for me even though i have warranty period of one and half months time.
This is very bad that an (Nokia) MNC is not taking care of the customers even within the warranty period.
Quality may not be 100% but there may be defective piece it is nature and a customer should not be given with a defective piece by company that is world wide leader in cellphone manufacturing.
At least an authoritative person one who is reading the above problem may take necessary action so that people like will not suffer anymore
