Nokia N76
Delay in rectification

I deposit one Nokia N76 handset on 29/5/10 for repair to Nokia Care Centre (Net-Dot) on Jail Road, New Delhi-110058.Till date I have not received the same, though I have send complaint mail on 06.06.10 and personally went into the centre on 07.06.10.The phone nos are not working and the people kept on saying that it will be delivered shortly as spare parts are not available etc etc. I am facing much problem due to non availability of the handset.
