Sir,
I gave my N78 Mobile handset to M/s Alpha Electronics, Tuticorin to ATTEND not working complaint. Initially it was told it will be repaired at Rs. 300/- and later they made estimate to Rs. 4500/- and I was not intimated about this revised estimate and delivery schedule, eventhough they have collected my contact phone number. They intimated about increased estimate, only after I contacted them. They are also not interested to give satisfactory information about possible causes of repair. They also did not bother to collect information about usage of phone to get to nature of fault. PLEASE TELL THEM IF THEY DO NOT WANT TO CONTACT, LET THEM NOT COLLECT CONTACT PHONE NUMBER IN THEIR JOB SHEET.
EVENAFTER THE DELIVERY DATE THEY HAVE NOT BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME EITHER BY PHONE OR BY POST ABOUT THE STATUS OF REPAIR PROGRESS. When checked in net address www.namscareonline.com, it was only having information that "sent to L3". What is L3, I do not understand.Net interaction is not customer friendly. My SMS query to 55555 is still to be answered.
I never expected such a service from a Japanese reputed company.
For your kind information, please let me know, whether the phone will be damaged if we take frequent photos from Television from close ranges or continuous charging the battery evenafter the battery full charger.
