Auto Switch off (Not working)

Hi this is vikram i am getting problem from my N79 Nokia, Earlier it was having problem to hang automaticaly after few minutes then i have to pull out my phone battery from set and reinsert it again then it was worked fine and i have to do the same practice again & again but now it is having a new problem when we switch on the mobile then it turn to switch off in few seconds i have given my mobile to nokia care at derabassi twice time they had kept it arrount 14 days but did nothing and said we don't know the exact problem. I am really frustrated with the NOKIA Service and now i have no faith on nokia brand.
