Replacement of Mobile

I bought my Nokia N79 handset on 28/07 from Bhateja Telecom, Amritsar with bill no 11982 bearing IMEI no 356044030133241. in month of 14 January my handset had a problem. Its screen starts flickering and after some hours its completely shut off. On 16th January '10 I submitted my handset in service center at NRI Communication, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. Nokia care update the software and they also told to open the handset to repair electronically. i leave with working mobile set from their service center. But within 2-3 hours same problem occurs again and handset stop working. I discussed the same issue at Amritsar Service Center and they replaid same as delhi sevice center.

I does not want to open the handset for repair. I want to replace that mobile.
