Failing to provide service under warranty

I have issuses regarding getting repair services from nokia service centres and support from nokia customer care

1.My phone's (N 81) IMIEI- 356994018357693.

2. i have extended warranty till december 31st 2010.

3. I am facing prrblem as the music keys and front keys as not functioning properly.

3.Service centre refuges to repair it under warranty for..(i) heat applied on ic

(ii) one of the panel on ic is missing.

4.Last reapair was done by nokia service centre, malviya nagar, delhi .which is closed. Job sheet made on 14th june..i got the handset reapired and working fine..

5.Nokia customer care failed to give any assistance.

- couldn't give Malviya nagar's service centre manager's no.

- aren't able to provide that who is responsible for the problem.

- gives a silly reasoning as "aapki kismat kharab hai ".
