Dear sir,

my name is abhishek mandal. I want to register my complaint of mis handling my mobile phone.

i went to a mobile repairing shop to get the body of my cell phone (NOKIA N81) changed.they took my phone and said that they will deliver it to me in the evening.i went to the shop in the evening and i found that my phone's front camera and speakers are not working.i said to clear the mistake and return me my phone in running condition so they took it and said my come after a week.i went there after a week but still my cell phone is not working.then i asked the shopkeeper for the bill and he refused saying that he is unable to give me the bill.

Kindly register my complaint and take action against the shopkeeper.
